Since this is a new community, I thought I would start a discussion.

When did you first hear about iJustine and how has she influenced your online life?

I kinda slammed that article on the fan site but it was nice to see Justine mentioned in such a well known mag.

Aw, this is a great topic. It's always interesting to see where someone has found a random piece of my content. I should re-post some old videos for a few laughs :)

Beside Justine's mainstream coverage that she posts online, I'm always interested in the off stream places that Justine can be found like the eBillme video or the Wired article. Congratulations on all the success Justine. I really hope all the best for you in the future!

iJustine ruined my life because she introduced me to twitter and now I have no time to do anything else except twitter. So I twitter about twitter, it's a vicious cycle

I first heard of her on MacBreak with Leo Laporte and Alex Lindsey, and I think they were covering MacWorld in Jan. 2007. No one knew what Twitter was yet, but she was already addicted.

And then I heard she was from Pittsburgh, checked out her blog (where she said her New Year's resolution for 2007 was to write a blog post every day), thought her videos were hysterical, and here we are today.

I saw the AT&T iPhone bill video on YouTube... then watched all of the other videos, checked out her blog and myspace and so on. Now I have too many social network accounts to list, an iPhone, iPod, Flip, and a MacBook. Apple owes her. :)

Oh wow, I remember that day. I still had my treo and my ADD was going off the hook while all the TWiT guys were talking about MacWorld -- I was too busy twittering :)

I first heard about iJustine via Justin.tv,
then saw a video of her with a monkey in her arms
instructing it how to "text", which I thought was really funny.
Because of iJustine, I now have the following:

1. iPhone
2. iTouch
3. Flip
4. Joby Gorillapod
5. The title of Executive Producer in the 1SecondFilm
6. More videos and Blogs
7. a Level 70 Human Paladin in World of Warcraft. ("I sliced a RABBIT!" -iJustine)
8. A toothbrush named Timmy.

l for one didn't care one iota for the Internet, video sharing, nor social media. As a result of being introduced to iJustine, I have made tons of online friends and totally love the web.

iJ you're fabulous!

MacDavid

P.S. But for the record my pseudonym "MacDavid" is original as I've been an iFanboy since the 80s. :)

Actually there is a good thing how iJustine influenced my life. Before her 300 page iPhone video I knew of the iPhone, but wasn't going to buy one... After watching her lifecast, and emailing her a few times(she was so quick to email back too!!!) she convinced me to bite the bullet and buy one, so I did. I loved my iPhone, and in July I bought a 3G one for work, I've since sold iPhones to about 15 of my clients(some individuals some businesses). I also support these iPhones through my consulting company. They now account for one third of my business... Thanks to iJustine and her consistent pimping of the iPhone, in the words of Dave Chappelle "I'm rich biaaaaaaatch!"

Thank you!
