Since this is a new community, I thought I would start a discussion.

When did you first hear about iJustine and how has she influenced your online life?

l for one didn't care one iota for the Internet, video sharing, nor social media. As a result of being introduced to iJustine, I have made tons of online friends and totally love the web.

iJ you're fabulous!

P.S. But for the record my pseudonym "MacDavid" is original as I've been an iFanboy since the 80s. :)

I first heard about iJustine via Justin.tv,
then saw a video of her with a monkey in her arms
instructing it how to "text", which I thought was really funny.
Because of iJustine, I now have the following:

7. a Level 70 Human Paladin in World of Warcraft. ("I sliced a RABBIT!" -iJustine)

hmmm. Back in July 2007 she added me as a friend on Virb and I automatically got all her blogs through there and then found all her sites and videos. I now have too many social networks to count and know lots of new bands. :D lol I remember watching justin.tv for hours and constantly monitering her Twitter. I wasn't TOO MUCH of a stalkerish person.

Oh my gosh!! Virb!! I was such a die hard user for the longest time. I tried and tried to force everyone I know to use (and they did for awhile :P)

@kemics: That's a good story haha. Won't beat the starbucks one though!! ha!!!

I first found out about iJustine from iCali.tv. Cali Lewis mentioned her iPhone bill video -- which I found to be hilarious! I was curious, so I started poking around her sites. And I'd find a funny video after another. I love her personality, learn a lot from her, and she definitely knows how to keep the internet and technology fun!

She motivates me to keep learning. I'm starting to do video now, not as much as her, but it's a start! One day I shall get my jump cuts down! :)

@ijustine the starbucks story is the best, I'm now all afeared of guys in leather jackets drinking lattes, I fear they know who I am and are coming after me.

There was a video about when iJustine went to a coffee shop, she bought a coffee and left it on the table. The next day she went back and it was still there... She wriggled it around and found there was still some 'drink' left in it.. i found it very funny when she made that video because only iJustine would have made a random video about that! lol :) Good one iJ!

iJustine basically changed my whole online experience. One day I was just farting around on the net, and I cam across her 300 iPhone Bill on MySpace (of all crappy places), and I was intrigued. From there I did a some searching and found her live channel. I tuned in every now and again and I started to frequent her blog. From there, I realized that I was not utializing all of the potential of social media that I should be (honestly i didn't even know what social media was even considered). Ever since getting to know iJustine virtually, I have become an avid twitterer, powncer, jaikuer, I have started uploading mobile photos to the now many many many many social sites I am a part of, including Flickr! I have my own blog http://www.LaneVids.com and I have always been into video, but now I have people who ask me questions about my videos and are wanting to know when the next one will come out! It is GREAT! And also I don't only just have a YouTube account, I have a viddler, blip, revver, slipco, etc. ... And my audience grows EVERY DAY!

All-in-All, I guess I just want to say thank you iJustine. You have really changed my internet social experience.
