I was wondering wich celeb. would you think would tweet the most on Twitter? [Or hire someone to do it for them.] Tell me what you think! Or post if you've acually seen a celeb. posting on twitter! After all they are doing it more often now.. . . .

But still I'm going to have to go with Miley. She's the best because she does her own, and she works hard at it.
