LOL I use to be a PC Phone Tech for HP Pavilion, always had to bite my tongue when someone called the "broken line" asking for help to fix their HP they screwed up, and they would start in on how crappy Macs where or how dumb Mac users are.
You can't imagine how hard it was for me to not tell them that it was one of those dumb Mac users fixing that wonderful PC they screwed up!
